Bukora acts as a platform connecting customers with businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by businesses listed on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bukora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
